SEAPLASMA All Purpose Skin and Hair Moisturizer uses the unique properties of NA-PCA to attract airborn moisture and bind it to hair and skin preventing formation of free radicals, which cause aging, dry skin and scalp problems. This unique formula contains oil-free moisturizers, muscopolysaccharides and simethicane. For Hair: To control fly-away hair, to remove tangles, or as a cutting lotion, spray onto hair, comb and proceed as usual. For perming, apply before permanent wave solution, to increase perm elasticity. For hair coloring, apply before beginning to decrease fading. For Skin: Use as needed to prevent and to treat dry skin conditions. Use directly on skin or even as a final spray over face make-up.
